Is this film mirrored on both sides?

This material is based on light ratio. This means that whichever side of the glass has the most light, that is the side you will be able to see. During the day, if it is brighter outside, you will be able to see out clearly, while no one will be able to see in. At night, however, when it is brighter inside, you will be able to see in clearly without being able to see out.
