Do you have any IR and UV reducing film that can be applied to polycarbonate surfaces?

This film can be applied to any surface, but the removal later would not be a clean process if not glass. If the polycarbonate is subject to heating and cooling, it may also create some issues with the bond to the surface since this is a polyester film and not vinyl.
