Can I install the Dusted Leaf, SX-3141, film on top of the Ultra Cool film I already have in place?

As long as the existing film is clean, secure and in good shape, you can go over it with another film like the dusted. Remember to add a little extra soap to the water, as the film will tac more quickly to the film than it would on a glass surface.
