Does the Creation stained glass come in adhesive backed? The filter indicates that it does, but the sample I received is not and I can't find any way to order it that way.

This is an adhesive film. The sample you have is cut directly from a stock roll and also has adhesive. Sometimes the clear protective liner is difficult to remove, but if you use some tape on each side, it will pull apart much easier.
