Are the dots located in the center of the film? How much white space is on each side of the dots?

This is a 5 foot tall film and you would adjust the center height to provide the privacy where they want it. The center, more solid area, is only about 2 feet tall on this pattern, and then it fades to clear over the other 18" in each direction.
