Is it permanent or can easily be removed? Is it safe for double or triple pane window?

This is an adhesive film, and is safe for any glass. The glue is on the silver side, and is to be installed on the interior of the glass. Adhesive films can be removed, but may leave a small amount of glue behind. The glue can easily be removed with soapy water and a clean sharp razor blade.
