Is this film totally opaque so in the dark the window is shaded and won't allow people to see inside even if the lights are in inside?

This is a very opaque black static cling product. I would test a sample to make sure. Also, most RV door windows have some texture to them, so just make sure this is perfectly smooth like normal glass.
