What is the best Sun blocking film for large restaurant windows?

We have 2 different types of solar film. A black/grey version (UltraGlare) that stops light and glare, but not as much heat. There is also a reflective series (UltraCool) that stops a good deal of heat, as well as light, but they can appear mirrored from the outside if it's a dark shade option.
