What's the roll height? Is this a frosted White stripe that's die-cut or has clear vinyl in between the stripes?

Stripes are 12" with 3" clear spacing and the stripe direction runs horizontally across the 60" width of the roll. The stripes are not die-cut. The height/length of the roll is determined by the number entered/selected in the box for "Select the Total Length (feet)".
