Can this wavy glass pattern be turned horizontal or vertical when cutting and installing? My front door glass panel opening measures 24� wide by 50� length.. so not sure how many feet I need to order?

It does not matter which way you install this film. For that size panel you would need a piece 2 feet long x the 54" stock size.
