Will this work (stay sticking) on the inside of a 2'x2' skylight that gets a lot of sun?

This is an adhesive film so it will dry out and stick just fine after installation. Just make sure the skylight is flat as well as glass. If the surface is acrylic, it will not remove well if you ever want to take it down later but this can be remedied using soapy water and a razor blade.
