What is the best temperature to apply this window film?

There really is no maximum temperature (just extra water and soap) but on the cold side it is best for it to be above freezing. If the window is double or triple pane and the interior is heated, it should be fine no matter what. As long as the water does not freeze and the film can dry fully, that's the most important thing.
