Does this film allow for night time privacy?

This is a frosted film, so there is no clear vision in OR out when looking through this film any time of day. At night, if lights are on inside, you would see some shadow movement, but again there is no direct line of sight to identify anything or anyone. We always recommend getting some free samples so you can test out all the scenarios.
