Is this film okay to use on a shower window as far as being waterproof and tolerant to humidity?

Yes, this film will hold up fine. If you can let it dry out for a day or more after it's installed, then the adhesive will be set well. If it gets a lot of steam or moisture too soon, the glue will not bond well to the glass.
