Will this material would stick to metal or concrete?

These are glass films that require a wet install process. It should work just fine on a smooth metal surface, but it's highly unlikely it will hold onto a rough, dusty surface like concrete. It is a thick material and would not heat shrink and contour like some graphic vinyls that are made for surface like that.
