If put on glass or acrylic within a frame and placed in front of a TV screen - as to hide the TV with a mirror, would the TV show through the film when turned on?

The visible light transmission of this material is 1-2% so it is not likely that you'd be able to see the TV. We highly recommend requesting a sample prior to ordering, in order to see the material in person.
