How good is the Azure Blue at blocking out sun and heat? How is the view from the outside?

This film will let about 33% of the light through, and only stops about 35% of the heat. It is primarily intended as a colored film, more than a solar blocking film, but it does stop "some" heat. It will have a slightly blue appearance from the exterior during the day, and show up a little more at night when the lights are on.
