Any advice for joins when covering a window that is 2.9m x 2.2m?

The best way is to use plenty of soapy water, overlap the 2 pieces, and then double cut through them both. Then remove the upper and lower pieces that were cut off and press the seam together carefully. If you try and use just the factory edges, there may be slight light gaps if they are not 100% straight.
