      Can these be installed on the exterior when the weather is in the 30s? Does the weather need to be warmer?

      None of our films that are wet apply, soapy water process installs, should be done when the temps are below freezing during or immediately after the install. We always recommend the temps above freezing when installing outside or the water can freeze.
