I plan to put it on a refrigeration glass. How will it handle condensation?

It will work best installed on the exterior of the glass so that the continued moisture inside does not damage the print or loosen the bond of the adhesive to the glass. Designed for an "interior" application away from the elements so on the exterior of the fridge unit is best.
