      Is this product designed to be kiss cut / pre-masked for custom designs?

      No, this is intended to be installed as a full sheet of film, using the standard soapy water "wet install" process. This applies to 99% of the products we offer on our website. Since this is multi-layer product, it would be tricky to run this through a plotter to cut a pattern.
