Do the lines run width-wise across the roll or do they run lengthwise the whole length of the roll?

The lines on this particular film run down the length, not across the width. When you view a striped pattern on our website, they are based on the box being under the picture and film being pulled up from the floor (except for the gradient films, which are always installed sideways).
