Can you see in from outside? Can you see out from inside? Please answer both questions. We are looking for something that we can look out but someone can't look in.

You can see both ways through this film, just like the picture online. There are no films that are 100% one way, all of the time. It is all controlled by the lighting and the time of day etc. Many films will work for that purpose during the day, but not at night when it is dark out and bright inside.
