I would like to put the mosaic tile pattern on the bottom of a glass patio table. Would it weather okay for a few years?

As long as the bottom surface is smooth and not textured, you should get a few years out of it for sure. It is not one of our officially "exterior" warrantied films, but it sounds like it will be fairly protected.
