Could the Frosted clouds film be installed on a window that is in a bathtub area that might get minimal splash?

As long as there will not be water running down the face of the film it should hold up well. You would not want to use it if there will be a lot of soapy overspray that needs to be cleaned constantly either. Constant wiping might affect the printed pattern. A quick squeegee pass when wet would be just fine though.
