I have a glass insert that is 22"W x 65"L. I feel if I follow the instructions for measuring, I will have a ton of waste. Can you please help confirm how much I should order?

Unless you are willing to piece it together with a seam or two, you will need 6 feet of film. You are correct, that will create the waste between the 22" and 59" sizes. It would allow you to do another window, or this one twice, just in case something went wrong during the install.
