Can this be installed on the exterior as well as inside for more privacy? Or can it be layered?

This film would work best as a 2 sided install since there is a texture to the film. It is not one of the "exterior" rated films we offer, but depending on the weather conditions and exposure, should hold up well. You may not get as much life from the exterior piece, but it's hard to tell since there are so many variables.
