Does this product provide privacy at night if the room is lit? And is it removable or permanent?

This material will provide privacy during the day, however at night if the lights are on, there will be visibility looking in. Unfortunately at this point in time there is no one-way material available that will provide 24 hour privacy. Yes, this material is removable if needed.
